Hi!  My name is Maren and I'm a NYS licensed Massage Therapist!

  I received my education from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2003 and I've been working with the beautiful people of the Hudson Valley ever since!  I love the area and I love our community!

  I am very passionate about what I do.  I chose my profession because I wanted to help people and I take pride in making sure that all of my clients have a truly positive experience!  

  I specialize in Deep Relaxation, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Rehabilitative Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Work.  I have experience working with people of all ages and all body types.  One of the most exciting opportunities in my career was working with the professional athletes in the World Wrestling Entertainment industry!
