Swedish Massage - Uses a system of long gliding strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscles. It is used to promote general relaxation, improve circulation and range of motion, and relieve muscle tension.

Deep Tissue - Similar to Swedish massage, but the pressure will be deeper, focusing on releasing knots found in the muscles.

Pregnancy Massage - Client is side-lying during this treatment. Pillows and blankets are used to support the extra weight and provide comfort for the mother-to-be. Full body massage is done, relieving discomforts pregnancy may bring. A must have for pregnant women.

Medical Massage - Focuses on areas of the body that have chronic strain and fatigue. Deep pressure and advanced techniques are used to increase circulation and flexibility.

Couples Massage - Two people receive massages at the same time. This treatment can be enjoyed by spouses, partners, mother/daughter, etc. For special occasions, holidays or just because you deserve it! This service cannot be booked online. Please call the office to schedule your appointment.

Military Discounts
In honor of those who serve our country, I am pleased to offer massage therapy discounts for military service members and veterans. I believe in giving back to those who give so much in service to others, and providing massage treatments at a special discounted rate allows me to express my appreciation to them. To receive your military discount on massage services, simply present your military identification at the time of service and receive $10 off any massage service's 60 minutes or longer. This discount only applies to regularly priced massage services.
Policies
All services are by appointment only - I work by appointment only. Please call to schedule your appointment. The further in advance that you know what day and time you want, the better chance you have of getting that particular spot.
Payment options - I accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards. Payment in full is due at time of service.
Session time - In respect to my time and yours, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will pay for the full time allotted. In the rare event that I am running late, you will still receive your full amount of time if convenient for you. If not, I will adjust the price of your massage accordingly. If you are a new client, please arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and discuss your needs with me.
Cancellations/No shows - Require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or you will be billed for your session time. The 24 hour notice of cancellation applies to gift certificates as well.
Gift Certificates - Not redeemable for cash.
